Welcome to 3D Pop. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of 3D-printed products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Almost everything we sell is printed to order on demand. Because each item is produced specifically for you, order acceptance, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Colours, finish and minor dimensions may vary slightly from images due to the nature of 3D printing.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, are inclusive of taxes. Prices for uploaded models are calculated from material, machine and finishing costs. Payment is collected securely at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
If you upload a design to be printed, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to have it produced, and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or violate any law. We may refuse to print any file that is unsafe, illegal or infringing. You retain ownership of your uploaded files; we use them only to fulfil your order.
You agree not to misuse the website, place fraudulent orders, or request items that are weapons, illegal, or infringing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Our products are decorative/functional made-to-order items. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location.
