Because our products are custom-made to order, please read this policy carefully. It explains cancellations, refunds and replacements.
You may cancel an order for a full refund only before printing has started. Once your item has gone into production it cannot be cancelled, as it is made specifically for you. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
We quality-check every print, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it. Please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
As custom made-to-order goods, correctly-produced items cannot be returned for change of mind, or for minor variations in colour/finish/dimensions that are normal for 3D printing. Personalised/uploaded-design prints are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank/payment provider.
